% 21.02.2025 I.A. 4725/2025 (under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of CPC) 1.

This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to withdraw the present suit.

It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes, by arriving at a commercial settlement.

Accordingly, the plaintiffs seek leave of the Court to withdraw the present suit.

In view of the above, the aforesaid application is allowed and the plaintiffs are permitted to withdraw the present suit. CS(COMM) 894/2023 5.

In view of the order passed above in I.A.4725/2025, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
