The present petition has been filed under Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for making scandalous allegations against the Judiciary in CRL M.C. 1244/2025. 4.
The petitioner herein, who appeared in person, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted. 6.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
