The medical documents filed along with the present petition indicates that the petitioner has been suffering from neurological ailments for many years.

The same, at this stage, indicates that the petitioner had been suffering from the same neurological ailments when released on furlough on earlier occasions.

Considering the above, the same does not appear to be a condition of such nature which would not allow the petitioner to surrender.
