Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 28th November, 2024, Mr. Pramod Kumar Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant has returned with instructions that the defendant is willing to pay costs of ₹2.5 lacs.

Mr. Sharma also submits that the defendant has no objection to a decree of permanent injunction being passed against the defendant. He further submits that the trademark application no.5717293 has already been withdrawn by the defendant, therefore, prayer clause 65 (g) of the plaint stands satisfied.

In view of the above, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendant in terms of prayer clauses CS(COMM) 685/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 65 (a) to (d) of the plaint.

Further, the defendant is directed to pay costs of ₹2.5 lacs to the plaintiffs within four (4) weeks from today, failing which the defendant shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum.

The counsel for the plaintiff does not press for the remaining reliefs prayed for in the plaint.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. 7.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
