Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner by this writ petition is effectively seeking implementation of the order dated 28.4.2015 passed in her favour in her earlier writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 2171/2013.

If that be so, the petitioner claims noncompliance of the order/final judgment of this Court dated 28.4.2015, and once the issue is of non-compliance, counsel for the petitioner agrees that a fresh writ petition will not be maintainable but the remedy of the petitioner would be to file a petition for contempt against the order/judgment dated 28.4.2015.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition for implementation of the order/judgment dated 28.4.2015 in accordance with law.
