The petitioner is before this Court seeking grant of parole to the petitioner for a period of 4 weeks in FIR No. 359/2009 for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Vihar. 2.

At the very outset, Mr.Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC for the State appears on advance notice and on instructions, informs that the case of the petitioner is already under process on the administrative side. The final decision, either way, shall be taken within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for further adjudication.
