Petitioner has assailed order dated 01.03.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby his application for installation of a fresh electricity connection, a fresh water connection and for construction of a fresh toilet in the premises was dismissed. Admittedly, as on date, petitioner is not the owner of the subject property and was inducted as a tenant but has not been paying rent on the pretext of an Agreement to Sell and attendant documents. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

The petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
