1. The present matter has been listed before the Court upon an office noting by the Registry that FIR no. and Police Station mentioned in the petition is FIR No. 866/2023 registered at Police Station Burari, whereas in the order sheet dated 01.09.2025, at paragraph 11, it is wrongly typed as FIR No. 866/2021 registered at P.S. Burari.

2. Having perused the order dated 01.09.2025, para 11 thereof is corrected as under:

"11. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the FIR No. 866/2023 dated 07.07.2023 registered at Police Station Burari, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/354A/34 IPG, along with all consequential proceedings arising there from are hereby quashed."
