(old Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Parvesh @ Fauzi for grant of Bail in FIR No. 0169/2025 under Section 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (old Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860) registered at Police Station Palam Village, New Delhi.
