The dispute at Annexure P-21 and Annexure P-22 dated 18th June 2025 and 27th June 2025 were preferred pursuant to Section 70 of Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003. It is urged that since the subject matter of the dispute pertains to the management and business of the cooperative societies, the Registrar is duty-bound to decide the same. 2.

As against the above, the counsel appearing for the Registrar Cooperative Societies states that the aforesaid dispute preferred by the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Section 70 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and allied provision of Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 in reasonable period.

We expect the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to deal with the aforesaid dispute preferred by the petitioner expeditiously and in accordance with law.
