Pursuant to the previous order, Smt. Meenakshi Tomar/ respondent is present in Court along with her counsel.

It has been stated by Ms. Radha Parihar, counsel for respondent, that they undertake to comply with the settlement, provided the petitioner/husband also complies with the settlement. 3.

Currently, the petitioner/husband has sought to dispossess the respondent/wife from the house, whereas the divorce proceedings have still not gone through.

The first stage of the settlement requires the first motion to be filed, at which stage Rs.3,50,000/- shall be given to the respondent/wife. 5.

Parties have agreed to present the first motion in the Family Court on 19th May 2025.

Counsel for the parties shall collaborate with each other in order that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 01:37:13

the first motion is presented and the amounts in question are paid. 7.

Subsequent stages of the settlement shall also be fully complied with by both the parties.
