The Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S., 2023') has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR No. 141/1994 registered under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as "IPC, 1860") at Police Station Tuglak Road, Delhi.

The IO present submits that respondent Nos.2 & 3 have refused to join in the quashing of the present FIR.

The learned Prosecutor submits that the final arguments have already been addressed in the present matter before the Trial Court and the matter has been reserved for judgment. 4.

petition had been filed consequent to directions in the Contempt Petition filed against the petitioner, however, since the respondent Nos.2 & 3 are not forthcoming to abide by their part of MOU, the entire MOU stands vitiated.
