The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR No. 0783/2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station DBG Road, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
