A letter has been received from the learned Trial Court, wherein it is reported as under:

"It is respectfully 'subraitted that the case FIR No. 105.0/2015, PSGovind Puri, titled as 'State vsl Arif md Ors' was received in this court by way of transfer oh' 07.10.2023. It is further respectfully submitted that the trial in the present case has started and the matter is at the stage of prosecution evidence and out of 20 prosecution witnesses cited in the list of the witnesses, most of the prosecution witnesses have been examined till date and the next date of hearing fbr further PE for 20.04.2026."

In view of above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 4.
