Perusal of the report shows that the matter has been returned as not settled.

Perusal of the plaint shows that the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore. Hence, the matter is liable to be transferred.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge

(Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 21st July, 2016 for further directions.
