Parties submit that the inter se disputes have been resolved amicably under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026.

The Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026 has been filed by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms of the Settlement Agreement have been recorded in para 1 at page 3 to para 18 at page 9 of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026.

Parties also submit that the compliances required are also completed. 4.
The Settlement Agreement alongwith annexures appended thereto are taken on record.

The parties shall be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. There is no impediment, if the Suit is decreed in terms thereof. 6.
Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026.
