O R D E R

% 22.05.2018 The appellant, present in person along with his counsel, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal in view of the settlement dated 03rd May, 2018 recorded before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts. The appeal and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement.

The statutory amount be refunded back to the appellant after the complete settlement amount has been paid to the claimants. The appellant shall file an affidavit along with the proof of payments made whereupon the registry shall refund the statutory amount to the appellant. However, in the event of the complete settlement amount being not paid to the claimants, the statutory amount shall be released to the claimants. Copy of this order be sent to respondents No.1 to 5 as well as their counsel.
