The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Hold the Respondent guilty of civil contempt under Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful, deliberate, and conscious disobedience of the order passed by Hon'ble Family Court in HMA No. 1810/2024 and her solemn undertakings recorded in order dated 15.01.2025 along with the MOU dated 02.10.2024 b) Punish the Respondent in accordance with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the said wilful disobedience; c) Direct the Respondent to purge the contempt by: i. Withdrawing her contested divorce petition HMA No. 1544/2025. CNR DLCT040020672025, filed on 21.08.2025/registered 22.08.2025; ii. Expunging and withdrawing all false, scandalous, and defamatory allegations levelled by her against the Petitioner and his family, both judicially and extra-judicially;

d) Impose exemplary costs upon the Respondent so as to deter such wilful breaches of solemn undertakings recorded in judicial proceedings;

e) Pass such other or further orders) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submits that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 10.10.2025. The said settlement agreement has been handed up in court today and is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
