Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, Delhi vide Order dated 09.09.2024 has observed that FIR No. 38/2006 under Sections 147/149/148/188/332/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Parliament Street, Delhi pertains to Shri Narbada Prasad Prajapati who had served as a Member of Legislative Assembly in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Accordingly, the present matter is transferred to the Court of MP/MLA, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi on 01.10.2024. 4.
