The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 seeks extension of the period of interim bail granted to the Applicant vide order dated 20th August, 2025 of this Court, in proceedings arising from FIR No. 78/2023 under Sections 307/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at P.S. Wazirabad. By the said order, the Applicant was granted interim bail for a period of ten days, which is lapsing tomorrow.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that the surgery of the Applicant's mother, which was initially scheduled for 25th August, 2025, could not take 1 "BNSS"

place on the appointed date. He further states that the Applicant's mother has now been admitted to Lok Nayak Hospital GNCCD, and the surgery is likely to be conducted today. To support this contention, he places reliance on the medical record issued by Lok Nayak Hospital GNCCD, copy whereof is handed over and is duly taken on record. Accordingly, the Petitioner seeks extension of the interim bail.

Considering the above, interim bail is extended by further period of ten days from 2nd September, 2025.

No further extension shall be granted on the aforenoted ground. With the above directions the petition is disposed of.
