An Application has been filed on behalf of the Appellants for compounding of the offence under Section 325/34 IPC in case FIR No.53/2018 under Section 308/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar.

It is submitted in the Application that the Appellants Gaurav Kumar and Jitender Dawar in CRL.A.1238/2025 and Manav Dawar in CRL.A. 1236/2025 have been convicted under Section 325/34 IPC by the Court of learned Sessions Judge in respect of which the present Appeals are pending. CRL.A. 1236/2025 & CRL.A. 1238/2025 3.
It is submitted that the parties have compounded their differences vide Agreement dated 29.09.2025 on payment of total sum of Rs.12,00,000/-, out of which Rs.6,00,000/- was the compensation awarded in the Sentence which already stands paid. The balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- is paid today to the Complainant by way of two Bank Drafts No. "516233" dated 16.09.2025 drawn on ICICI Bank, Rajouri Garden Branch and Draft No."747179" dated 16.09.2025 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Tilak Nagar Branch, which have been accepted by him.

The parties are present in the Court today and endorse the terms of the Settlement dated 29.09.2025. The parties undertake to abide by the terms of the Settlement dated 29.09.2025.

Considering the totality of circumstances, the impugned Order of Conviction dated 04.08.2025 and the Order of Sentence dated 12.08.2025 is hereby set aside. The Appellants are hereby acquitted. 6.
