(formerly Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for setting-aside the Order dated 01.04.2025 of the learned Judge, JMFC (N.I. Act), Digital Court-02, South East District, Saket Court, Delhi in Complaint Case bearing No. CC NI Act/1587/2023.

There is an alternative efficacious remedy available by way of Revision, before the Court of Sessions.
