% 20.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the respondent challenging the appointment of Interim Resolution Professional by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, Bench-III, has also been dismissed.

In view of the same, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise its claim before the Interim Resolution Professional or to revive the present petition in case the order passed by the NCLT is modified or vacated by a competent Court.
