Application under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for correction of the Order dated 08.12.2015 of this Case wherein in the Paragraph No. 2, it has been stated that the Petitioner intended to file the WhatsApp Chats but in fact, he wanted to file the transcripts of another Case registered with CBI to show that the Petitioner has no bearing on the investigations of filing of Charge-Sheet by the CBI. The Charge-Sheet is yet to be filed. He also wants to state that the name of the Petitioner did not appear in any of the newspaper clippings. 2.

It is further stated in the Paragraph No. 1, it is stated that it was a stay Application when it was only an Application for correction/addition of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Statements omitted by the IO and the false statement made by the IO that he had made the correction after showing the same to the Petitioner. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the necessary corrections be read in Paragraph No. 2 of the Order dated 08.12.2025. 4.

The Application is disposed of accordingly.
