% 07.03.2018 It has not been disputed that matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, settled amount stands paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.2. Counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that 'No Dues Certificate' has already been issued to the petitioner. He submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 334/2015 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Mehrauli and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
