By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who is serving in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Quash/stay the Disciplinary Enquiry commenced vide Charge Memorandum dated 19.7.2024 & action qua the Petitioner with immediate effect"; and/or b) Pass any other order(s)/direction(s) or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and property under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice in favour of the Petitioner." 4.

In the light of this objection taken by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the competent Court, having the necessary territorial jurisdiction. 6.

Accordingly, as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, having the requisite territorial jurisdiction, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim.
