By the impugned order dated 18th May, 2017, the learned Single Judge has disposed of IA Nos. 14984/2016 and 4932/2017 which were filed in OMP No. 71/2006 seeking restoration of objections to an Arbitral Award which had been dismissed for default of appearance. The appellant aggrieved by the directions of the learned Single Judge, passed in the aforesaid order, directing the appellant to file on record FAO(OS)No.103/2018 Page 1 of 2

details of his movable and immoveable assets, has filed the instant appeal.

The appellant had earlier filed FAO(OS) No. 231/2017 assailing the order dated 18th May, 2017 which was disposed of by us on 22nd August, 2017 observing that such order was not appealable. 3.

A second appeal assailing the same order for the same reason is completely untenable. Therefore this appeal and the applications are dismissed.
