The Certificates of Vending ('COV') issued in favour of the petitioner on 09th March 2022, which permit the use of "gas cylinder/fire". 2.

In this background, it cannot be expected of the petitioner to move around with the aforesaid after every 30 minutes. 1.

We deem it appropriate to clarify that the respondents/Authority shall be sensitive to the same, provided the petitioners comply with other terms and conditions of the COV, except for Condition No.11 in the certificate. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
