This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of minor daughter of the petitioner, who is stated to have been taken away by the respondent no. 3. 2.

The minor daughter of the petitioner has been recovered and is present in person before this Court. Ms. Priyam Agarwal, the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2, submits that an FIR has also been registered against the respondent no. 3 under Sections 127/64/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Without commenting on the FIR, as the girl has now been recovered, no further orders are required in the present petition, which stands disposed of.
