The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of an appropriate order for a time bound and expeditious disposal of Misc. Appeal No. 149/2024 captioned Standard Chartered Bank vs. Shanti Kiran India Pvt. Ltd., which is pending before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal ['DRAT'], Delhi.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, in order to file an appropriate application before the learned DRAT, Calcutta, which has been entrusted with the charge of deciding cases pertaining to the learned DRAT, Delhi.
