The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 1 to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no. 5 in property bearing No. 132, Gali No. 6, South Anarkali Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051. Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), on advance notice, submits that there is a Sanctioned Building Plan for the property in question. He, however, submits that certain deviations were noticed upon inspection, for which, a Show Cause Notice dated 25th August, 2025, has already been issued.

He further submits that the matter is now fixed with the concerned department for personal hearing on 13th September, 2025. He submits that requisite action shall be taken after following the due procedure. 4.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the MCD shall take requisite action, in accordance with law, after following the due procedure.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
