This is a criminal revision under Section 442/528 BNSS for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court in MT no. 53/2023 titled as "Smt. Ruby & Anr. V/s Abhishek". 2.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is ready and willing to make the payments of maintenance as also the arrears but seeks more time to clear the arrears.

After part submissions, he states that he would file appropriate application before the Trial Court for grant of more time for clearing the arrears of maintenance and therefore, does not wish to press the revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 4.

Statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
