The application stands disposed off.

C.M.No.23181/2018 (for directions) & RFA 779/2005 This application seeks disposal of the appeal in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.05.2018 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The application has been signed by the Authorized Representative of the appellant as well by the respondent and is also supported by their respective affidavits. In support of his identity, a photocopy of Aadhar Card bearing No.5236 0420 3795 issued by the Government of India to the Authorized Representative has been taken on record.

His letter of Authority also is attached to the application.

The Authorized Representative and the learned counsel for the respondent alongwith respondent, who is present in the Court, state upon instructions that the parties undertake to abide by the terms of the aforesaid Agreement. The undertaking is accepted.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the part decreetal amount lying deposited with this Court is to be released to the respondent. Let it be released along with interest accrued thereon, upon an application being moved before the Registrar General.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed off as being settled. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
