The Appellant is challenging the Judgment and Order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in CM APPL. 37346/2025 and CM APPL. 20325/2025 filed in W.P. (C) No. 4417/2025.

Learned Counsel for the Appellants draws attention of this Court to the Order dated 26.08.2025, passed by this Court in LPA No. 538/2025, wherein, this Court has requested the learned Single Judge to dispose of the Petition as the Appellants therein has been working in Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation Of India since 2011. 3.

facts of the present case and the facts in LPA No. 538/2025 are different inasmuch as the Appellants herein had filed an identical W.P. (C) 5453/2020 before this Court, wherein similar reliefs have been prayed which has been dismissed vide Judgment dated 21.06.2021.

The said Judgment was taken up in Appeal before the Apex Court in SLP (C) No. 17377/2021 which had also been rejected by the Apex Court vide Order dated 12.11.2021.

Though, the learned Counsel for the Respondent is right in pointing out the differences, however, since W.P. (C) 3351/2025 and W.P. (C) No. 5453/2020 are being heard together, this Court does not find any impediment to extend the same request to the learned Single Judge in the present case also.

The present appeal stands disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
