The Certificates of Vending ('COV') were issued in favour of the petitioners on 06th November 2021, which permit the use of "gas cylinder/fire".

In this background, it cannot be expected of the petitioners to move around with the aforesaid every 30 minutes.

We deem it appropriate to clarify that the respondents/Authority shall be sensitive to the same, provided the petitioners comply with other terms and conditions of the COV, except for Condition No.11 in the certificate. 4.

Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
