These appeals are disposed of with the consent order that the respondent-Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-Operative Society Ltd. (now known as Telangana State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd.) will pay the mesne profits/charges for use and occupation from 1.9.1994 till 30.9.2000 at Rs.25,000/- per month less the amount already paid every month for this period to the appellant. On the balance amount

payable, the appellant will be entitled to interest at 8% per annum simple after the end of each month for which charges for use and occupation would be payable. Interest will be paid till the date of actual payment by the respondent in terms of today's order to the appellant. 2.

Counsel for the appellant states that appellant will give the details of the bank account of any one of the appellants so that the amount to be paid by the respondent in terms of the present order will be directly credited in the bank account of the appellant whose details will be given. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that respondent will ensure that payment will be made to the appellant within three months. 4.
