This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS for issuing directions to the Ld. Trial Court to expedite the criminal case no. 3971/2018 pending before the Court of the Ld. JMFC, Mahila Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi titled as "State v. Saurabh Sharma". 2.

Ld. Counsel submits that trial is going on at a snail pace inasmuch the matter is listed for petitioner's evidence since the year 2021. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as explained, in the interest of justice, the petition is disposed of with the direction to Ld. Trial Court to make best possible endeavour to expedite the disposal of the case.
