O R D E R

% 28.09.2016 Both the parties now agree that on account of change in the pecuniary jurisdiction given the evaluation put to reliefs in the present case, the case is required to be transferred to the file of District Judge. Both sides jointly submit that the territorial jurisdiction would vest in the Court of District Judge (South-West) at Dwarka, New Delhi. This case is transferred to the file of District Judge (South-West), Dwarka before whom the parties may appear on 21st November, 2016.

The District Judge may in her discretion retain the file on her board or make it over to any other court of Additional District Judge under her control.
