BAIL APPLN. 452/2018 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory protection in an FIR which has been registered under Section 376 of the IPC as also Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The victim was a minor who is stated to be 16 years of age. Her complaint is that her brother-in-law (petitioner) had made forcible relations with her. Offence is serious. No ground is made out for anticipatory protection.

Dismissed.
