% 28.05.2025 CM APPL. 16772/2025 (for waiver of cost imposed on respondent nos. 1,3 and 4) 1.

By way of present application, the applicants/respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4 seek waiver of cost imposed on the applicants/respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 on 28.01.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for GNCTD prays that the cost of Rs.10,000/- imposed upon the respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 may be waived off. She assures the Court that the officer concerned shall remain careful in future.

In view of the aforesaid, the cost of Rs.10,000/- imposed upon the respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4 vide order dated 28.01.2025 is waived off. 4.

The application is disposed of in above terms. W.P.(C) 10481/2023 1.
