This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of the MoU dated 23.10.2024.

A Demand Draft in a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner by learned counsel for the respondents today in the Court, towards the full and final satisfaction of the claim of the petitioner.

Hence, the present application is allowed and the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.

The date of 07.11.2024 already fixed in the matter stands cancelled.
