After some arguments, Mr Makhija, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition. He also states that the petitioner shall voluntarily pay a sum of ₹25,000/- to the respondent. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The application is also disposed of.

The petitioner shall pay a cost of ₹25,000/- to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today.
