The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a) Quash the Order and Declaration of the Petitioner as a Proclaimed Offender vide order dated 02.05.2013 in FIR No. 161 of 2010 illegal, arbitrary and malafide.

b) Summon the trial court record for proper adjudication of the present proceedings.

c) Pass such further orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that chargesheet has been filed under Sections 406/420/120B/174A of the IPC which is pending before the Court of competent jurisdiction for consideration on the point of charge.
