Present Transfer Petition is filed seeking transfer of Probate Case No.31/2012 titled as Sulakshna Mehta vs. State & Ors. pending adjudication in the Court of Shri R.L.Meena, ADJ, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi to the Court of District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi so that it can be tagged alongwith the partition suit CS(OS)67/2015 titled as Rupinder Singh Mehta vs. Jitender Singh Mehta.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection to the Transfer Petition. He points out that the partition suit is pending in the court of Ms.Vinita Goel, Additional District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Accordingly, Probate Petition No.31/2012 titled as Sulakshna Mehta vs. State & Ors. shall stand transferred to the Court of Ms.Vinita Goel, ADJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi and will be heard alongwith the partition suit No, CS(OS)67/2015 titled Rupinder Singh Mehta vs. Jitender Singh Mehta. The said matters are said to be listed at Patiala House Courts on 17.2.2017. The Probate Petition No.3/2012 be also listed on the same date before the concerned court at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. TRP.(C)30/2016
