O R D E R

% 19.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably, vide a Settlement Agreement dated 4th December, 2017; therefore, Complaint Case No.18/B/2 under Sections 409/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and admit their signatures on the Settlement Agreement Annexure P-5 at points 'X' and 'Y' respectively.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force,

pressure or coercion and has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioner.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, Complaint Case No.18/B/2 under Sections 409/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Bara Hindu Rao is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
