O R D E R

% 04.04.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he is unwell and is suffering from cerebral atrophy. When this petition came up before this Court this Court directed Superintendent, Tihar Jail to send the medical record of the petitioner. As per the medical report, the MRI brain of the petitioner was got conducted at G.B.Pant hospital on 7th February, 2018 which revealed diffuse cerebral atrophy with non-specific ischaemic changes and acute infarct in left centrum semi-ovale and attenuation of M2 segment of left middle cerebral artery. Though the petitioner has been discharged from medical room and is stated to be stable now, however, considering the fact that the petitioner W.P.(CRL) 595/2018

would be entitled to take specialized treatment as per his choice, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
