The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. (Sections 483 of the BNSS) seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 55/2019 under Sections 302/307/201/34 of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Inderpuri.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for the learned Trial Court to ensure that all the public witnesses may be examined as expeditiously as possible, and with liberty to move afresh after examination of all the public witnesses.
