W.P.(C) 1734/2018 & CM No. 7185/2018 1.

The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

a) Issue appropriate writ, order and mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent to take necessary and appropriate action and de-seal the premises of the Petitioner bearing No.26/12, Gali no. 13, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi-110032;

b) Issue any other or further appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon‟ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some submissions states, the petitioner would be satisfied if the property is de-sealed to allow the petitioner to take out the goods/machinery/articles, which are lying in the said property.

Mr. Gaurang Kanth has no objection on the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondent shall deseal the property bearing No. 26/12, Gali no. 13, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi110032 on February 27, 2018 at 12 noon and seal the same on March 09, 2018 at 12 noon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, the aforesaid shall satisfy the petitioner and the petition be disposed of. Ordered accordingly. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
