At the request made on behalf of the decree holder, and since the properties against which execution is sought are situated in Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh, let a transfer certificate, non-satisfaction certificate and certified copy of the decree be issued to the decree holder on payment of appropriate charges. Decree holder by using the aforesaid documents will then apply to the competent Court in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh for execution of the subject decree. 2.

Application and execution petition are accordingly disposed of for the time being.
