The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners (67 in number) inter alia stating that the order dated 05.07.2024 has not been complied with.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent who appears on advance service submits that the Respondent was not aware of the bank details of these 67 persons. He seeks to rely upon his Application being CM APPL. 53005/2024 filed in connected matter being W.P.(C) 6748/2023, wherein he has set out that he has sent a letter to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners on 10.07.2024 seeking bank details and particulars. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the details were provided to the Respondent on 28.07.2024. However, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that without prejudice thereto, he will file an Affidavit setting out the details: the name of each employee, their bank account numbers, and IFSC codes, within three days. The Respondent is bound by the statement made today by his Counsel.
